With over two decades of expertise in the restaurant supply business, Roy Amit is the visionary founder of our Miami location and a managing partner in the parent company in Tel Aviv, Israel. Beyond his professional acumen, Roy is a dedicated family man with three daughters. His passion for serving the unique needs of restaurants is matched only by his personal achievements, including completing Ironman and marathons, and earning an MBA in business.

 

Hailing from the vibrant streets of Brooklyn, New York, Mike Arfi is a pivotal force in Argal Co. With a rich background in wholesale and retail operations, Mike’s career has been marked by growth, culminating in the expansion of operations and sales to over 50 locations. His teenage and twenties’ experience in NYC nightclubs adds a touch of hospitality finesse to his versatile skill set. Mike, now residing in Miami for 15 years, is a devoted family man with four boys.
